After the Great War of 2017 in which New Rubix fought a succession of battles against the DB, the nation fell into decline until the year 2019 when it experienced a great revival in a Restoration headed by its first and original founder on October the 25th. The New Rubix Central Intelligence Bureau was reformed during the October Restoration.
